Candidate Responsibilities

Employers and recruiters must use Talex professionally, lawfully, and in ways that respect candidate rights and confidentiality.

- Do not misuse, scrape, resell, or redistribute candidate data
Platform Content and Hiring Workflows
Talex may allow profiles, job posts, applications, notes, shortlists, and communication tools. Users remain responsible for the content they upload, submit, or share through these workflows.
We may moderate, remove, or restrict content or activity where necessary to protect users, maintain platform quality, or comply with legal obligations.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Talex to:
- Break the law or violate the rights of others
- Upload misleading, offensive, unlawful, or infringing content
- Attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or service disruption
- Harvest personal data outside permitted platform use
Intellectual Property
The Talex platform, branding, software, layout, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Aventa Technologies Ltd unless stated otherwise.
Using the platform does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property or grant rights beyond normal permitted use of the service.
